Help SN Method

I'm gonna try partial hanging soon; but i have a feeling its gonna fail bc of my stupid S.I.
But I'm gonna gather the materials for SN as a back up. i read the megathread but im a little confused
So i got that i need the primperan, tagamet, amd course SN
What else?
When and how much do i need to take of each?

IIRC, 60-80 mg metoclopramide and 800 mg cimetidine, 45 minute before the taking SN.
Then, 15-20 gr sodium nitrite.

I had seen that some people suggest to start to take meto 1-2 days before the ctb day. It''s just a BS to be honest. It may even reduce its efficiency.

I've noticed you gave me a range to work with. How do i find out the exact amount; go by bodyweight?

I think 80mg meto is a bit to much. Read the ppeh i think it's 40mg there

Yeah he is. The greece guy is selling primperan for longer, totally legit...

PPH has changed the recommended dosage of antiemetics several times. The Oct.2018 version recommends a 30 mg (40 mg in May 2018 version) stat dose of meto (primperan) 30 min before drinking SN. It recommends in Drug and Vomiting section a 20-30 mg (60 mg in May 2018 version) stat dose 1 hour prior to intake of lethal drugs; also referring to 2 day 10mg per 8 hour regimen. It does not seem to provide an account for the difference in dosage and timing.

To make sure whether there is no significant side effect, I would take a 30 mg in an empty stomach at least a week before the scheduled date.
