Ok so theres been a slight change in my plan i posted before as far as fasting qnd timing goes
1. start fasting at 5pm till 2am on the same day (9 hour fasting give or takr)
2. take 1000mg of paracetamol at 2am (1hour before sn)
3. for the record, this one is optional should i not manage to get my hands on benzos. Take 120mg of telfast at 2am (1 hour before sn)
4. take 30 mg of metoclopramide (antiemetic) at 2.10am (40 mins before sn)
5. dissolving 25mg of sn in 50-70ml of plain water whilst taking the meds
6. at 3am drink the dissolved sn.
Ill have from 3am till 7am give or take to succeed. What do you make of this plan, what are your thoughts?
Also this is gonna happen tomorrow so in case anyone wants to follow track of the process just hmu
