SN method/guide

After reading ppeh and the stan guide, I've come to a conclusion that it's better to combine the information to come up with the best method possible.

Stat dose:
600mg of ibuprofen before an hour of drinking sn
3x10mg Perinorm(meto) and 2x4mg emeset(ondasentron) taken 40 minutes before SN
Double dose of antacid of what is recommended on the label
25g SN mixed in 50ml of water potentiated with 400mg of inderal(propranolol)
It is supposed to be mixed together and taken because apparently it makes the loss of consciousness quicker. It seems that ppeh references to the Stans guide where it says beta blocker is a luxury item calling it false information.

I'll go through with this in maybe a week or two

In addition to this, if anyone has the link to exit's information on the recorded sn deaths, please give

I think is better take propanolol like 45 minutes before SN... the high effect of this beta blocker happen in 1 hour I guess. (In my country we don't need prescription) And could you help me? I have to eat nothing how many hours before take SN? I couldnt find this and I am not so good in English, sorry

The ppeh recommended mixing propranolol with the sn drink and taking it. I'm not sure if anyone has tried it though.
I feel it might be key to losing consciousness quicker

I'd like to know how much water you should mix 30 grams of sn with.
As the guide said a tablespoon full will work with 50 ml of water, so if I intend to use a much higher dose, how much water should I use?
