SN into Canada issues, clearance delay?

I have had some SN shipped from MIC into Canada and no it has been stopped and...

It now says Clearance Delay as of today with a red exclamation mark, does that mean it has been seized? anyone seen this before?

I also have an order with DSL will that make it in?
