I really regret not scooping up some N or SN years ago. Please someone tell me there's a chance to get SN delivered to the US. I've searched and can only find places that deliver to businesses.

Yes, it's still possible. I'm based in the US and I ordered from DMC ( the most reliable SN supplier currently ), which took 2 weeks ( January 1st to 14th ). Here are a couple more confirmations based in the US.
