So I'm thinking of going to Poland and get my SN personally to make sure it gets through customs, and bring it back in my checked in luggage. But I see some posts here saying that SN is not legal on planes as it is an oxidizer and oxidizers are not allowed. I don't really care wether it's legal or not, the luggage gets checked randomly so rare that I'll take my chances. But I was wondering if the SN will show up on xray or something? Does anyone know?

I would never try this. I understand your need for the SN but I feel like you are asking to get into big trouble trying to fly with it.

I would think that it would show up on an x-ray as something. They wouldn't know what it is until they looked further and I'm sure they would. They'd probably suspect it was cocaine or something. I think you'd be asking for some kind of trouble, even if it is legal. The only way to actually know something like this is if someone chimes in telling you they personally got SN through airport customs, and then the question would be, do you believe them? It's not like you know anyone on here telling you anything. I have an idea. You could always try it and then let us all know what happens.

No customs agent is going to mistake SN for coke. They know what coke is, and what it isn't.
Doesn't mean they won't take your SN, but you won't go to jail for trafficking coke.Not a good idea. Even it's not illegal there will be lots of questions if get caught. Why go thru a lot of hassle? Can't you get from online vendors by mail?Similar threads
