How does SN actually cause death ? Is it a painful one ? And how much would it take for an average person to succeed in it ? Has anyone got experience with it like tatse an stuff ?

SN ingestion leads to hypoxia, which is when there's no oxygen in your blood.

From my understanding it's relatively painless, though there is some discomfort. As for amounts, there are a million threads here you can consult for that information; offhand I don't know the numbers.

It's salt, so it won't taste good at all.
