SN + Helium? Or?

After 3 failed attempts - lack of knowledge - I have sodium nitrite (tested) AND helium AND benzos. I've got to get it right.
Would it be dangerous to mix helium and sodium nitrite? Take the sn and turn on the helium?
Or the helium with benzos and a second, sealed plastic bag?
Please, any thoughts.

I asked chatGPT, it said that mixing both methemoglobinemia (from SN) and helium would increase the lethality.

i was thinking of trying this too but i was worried i wont be fucntional enough after taking sn to get the helium on? i guess its just putting a bag over my head so it should be fine. im worried that sn wont do the job compeltely and be painful so the combination with helium should work on me hopefully
