will take 30 mg metclopramide, 60 minutes before SN
225 mg of Ranitidine 40 minutes before SN
18 grams of SN
I'm 31 and i weigh around 92 KGS.
i got a digital kitchen scale, what's the best way to weigh the SN powder?
Should i fast for 24 hours? i remember reading that somewhere

By the way to weigh the powder you need micro scales. A tea spoon holds about 5 g of salt, must be similar to SN powder.

The SN i got it from AMAZON, i live in Lebanon so it was alot of work to get it here, they dont deliver outside the usa so i bought it through a company that ships here, and they had to label it hazardous and had to pay like a 100$ for customs cause of that.
as for Meto and Ranitidine i can buy them from pharmacies here without a prescription

I was gonna do the 48 hr regimen plus the stat dose.

I heard fasting for 8 hrs is fine

You're lucky buying a meto in your country without a prescription, thats my only problem.

I read this somewhere as well, can't remember where. Works best on empty stomach.

It's just the calculate of g per kg. I don't know if its better to take too much or too little.

I'm like 40 kg and have no idea how much I should take.. I'll probably go with 15g and hope for the best
