SN blood test

I tested a source of SN with blood and I'm not sure if it worked properly or is correct/ effective? The red colour turned darker but not as dark as I expected.

Can someone look at the images and see if it worked properly?

And can someone also please tell me how much SN I need to mix with the blood because i think I used too much so I'm not sure

agreed it looks like it's darker, but maybe not as dark as it should be. might be as you said b/c of too much blood, but if you're too concerned could order test strips i think they're pretty cheap.

I'll try it again, but I don't know how much SN I should mix in with it? And do I do it in water or just on a plate?

I'll check, I did my own but no pix unfortunately, plus I'm sure of my source. There's a few pix on the forum for a comparison
