I don't know what you mean by it's not a conspiracy or anything that you do that? Do you mean lifesaving procedures? Of course not. I understand all the particularities and challenges surrounding this. That's why I said I don't blame the healthcare workers and certainly people that do want to be saved would be harmed by too much red tape in the other direction.

I just have the opportunity to see it from the other side now is all and we do need to revamp the system.

I have concern for the twenty something that wants to live being medically neglected as well as the eighty year old on their way out getting ribs cracked, double pneumonia, etc. that doesn't want to be saved.

It's a system we could do better at is all I am saying.
I mean maybe somewhere, but certainly not in the US. The US would need to go the way of the Soviet Union and collapse for fundamentals like that to be allowed to be reimagined.

Yes, you are correct. Thank you. And even with advance directives there are no guarantees. I plan to post it in my home so if ems shows up. I plan on this anyway because I do not want life saving measures of any kind.

Frankly, it ticks me off they can just start doing stuff to you without your consent. I don't blame the healthcare workers. Y'all are just doing your jobs.

But not everyone wants to come back and it's crazy the lengths we have to go to to attempt to stop this interference.

I just read about an old man and when EMS arrived he told them do not resuscitate me if I go. I'm ready to go. The ems was going to anyway. They wouldn't even go off his word without formal documentation. Luckily when he passed his family said no, do not touch him. This is what he wanted.

We need a much better system for these directives so people are not getting procedures they don't want. I have debilitating chronic illnesses. I do not want to be brought back. But I will have to be because like you said they just start working on people regardless of orders. It's a scary thought to me and life-saving measures come with a lot of pain and harm also.
We are bringing people back to life only to live in misery with the results. I've seen this with people who have had been in severe car accidents with severe TBIs. We applaud the miracle of saving them but then they are mentally screwed up, suffering and struggling with life after. It's wrong!!!

Thanks for being willing. Can you tell us what your experience was like?
I put the SN into empty pill capsules due to being unable to handle the taste. I don't remember exactly how many I took, as I was in extreme distress and did it impulsively. My guess would be around 12-14.

To test it, I took one capsule at first. Even one turned my skin grey/blue and put my oxygen in the 70s.

I did not follow any protocol. I took just the SN. It took at least 20 minutes for me to feel anything. I didn't feel nauseous or uncomfortable. My symptoms were: skin turning grey/blue, my entire body was very cold, nails turning blue, high heart rate and very disoriented. I was found laying on the ground unconscious, "shaking", cold and blue. Unfortunately they were able to save me using the blue stuff but originally I wasn't expected to survive. Also, oxygen was in the 60s and I was in respiratory failure

Yep, but you'll never sell anyone anywhere on that who is invested in life. No one will care about the opinion of someone who isn't invested in life. It's just too ingrained in human nature, and is stuck in a vast majority of people. I couldn't stand providing futile care to people, particularly when the vestige of the person that's left is just obviously hating every second of it. We've gotten to the point where we're doing science fiction experiments every day. I don't think this was as bad of an issue 40 years ago, but we've been so laser focused on just keeping a heart beating that it's become absolutely grotesque and I personally feel we're in too deep and there's no way out.

Edit: We also keep people alive without a beating heart in several extreme kinds of circumstances

Yep. Agree đź’Ż!! It's truly horrendous what society is doing. Before I got injured, I always said DNR to my husband. I don't want to live in misery, If rather die. Wasn't going to do cancer treatments, if I ever got it, etc. And then I got fucked up, just trying to feel better. I was an idiot.

Oh man. Do they found you fairly quickly? Any damage after the fact? Brain/body/mental?

I really have no idea what your problem is with my posts but it seems you are accusing me of singlehandedly turning this into a negative space and that also I find quite confusing. Best of luck to you and I wish you peace on your journey.
Hey
I asked the mods to delete all my posts & they got right on it - they were way quicker than I'd even hoped. If we do end up on the same threads again, because the SaSu community is small & the SN sub-community is even smaller, I'll be there for my own personal reasons / research as I have been since I joined, not anything to do with you. This will be the last message I send to you directly, I just wanted you to know that my request to remove was successful & that if we end up on the same threads that's just due to the size of the forum. Best of luck to you.

I survived SN last year and am happy to answer any questions
Can you describe your experience? The more details the better? Your protocol, what you took before and at what time, did you feel sick after SN, anything you can share. TIA
