SN and VSED

I am still on my VSED journey, losing track of time, on day 5. I am getting desperate so I will be doing SN in about 12 hours. If the SN fails I will simply continue with VSED. I will die eventually. I have Olanzapine, paracetamol, antacid and of course the SN, I think I have everything covered.

What dose of it are you taking? No guides mention anything about it.

I am going to take 1000mg paracetamol, 10mg Olanzapine, antacid double recommend dose, and 25 grams SN. Pretty much the Stan method approach. Back up SN if needed.

Feel fine re energy. It's frustrating because I feel I am not getting anywhere fast with basically not eating anything but biology says you don't eat you die so I will just continue to not eat, keep it simple I guess.

To me it sounds like such an unbearable process trying to go through with VSED, but anyway I hope that you find the freedom that you search for.

Why Olanzapine? What does that do?
