SN and stimulants

Is it okay to take a stimulant(Adderall) for about 8-10 hours prior to taking SN to work as an appetite suppressant if one plans to follow the one day regiment?

Meto would obviously be taken in its respective time slots.
I presume antacids can be eluded from the stack?
