I purchased SN from two different suppliers. One was from within the US and the other is a polish supplier. I am looking for advice on how to know which was is the better option to use? I plan to test it tomorrow. Thank you

Test both, you can use different types of aquarium/drinking water test strips and compare the results if you want to be extra thorough. I personally wouldn't rely too much on the blood test, it doesn't seem particularly methodical.
In the end, if you follow the test procedures correctly and the results fall in an acceptable range, I wouldn't think which source you use in the end will matter all that much.Similar threads
