Is there any reason that painkillers (opiods like heroin, codeine, tramadol etc) would interact with my SN regime??

SN, meto, propranolol, xanax.

I suppose the more things you take in combination, the more likely you are to throw up.
But is there any other reason that loading up on heroin, would lower the chance of a successful/peaceful cbt?

I would theorize that the heavier stuff like heroin would cause you to vomit(and potentially fail), while the lighter stuff like codeine and tramadol will be more calming and sedating, similar to the Xanax.

I agree with @PeacefulTonic . Heroin will make you throw up. Sn alone does that rather alone with such a powerful drug. Tramados and codeine have A more calming effect I take it often.

Thank you for posting this, I had a similar post re: oxycodone with sn. I'm assuming that aside from nausea and the potential for more vomiting, shouldn't interfere
