Method SN and hanging?

I think there was a post like this before but I can't find it. Do you think leaving your head in a noose once you have taken SN is a good idea? So that hopefully when you pass out you will slump down... I just really want a sure method but SN seems a bit risky... and if you are hanging it will also prevent you from vomiting while unconscious... Or is this likely to wake you up?

I would've thought it should work. Even if you were to wake up you probably wouldn't be able to do much about it.

This seems possible but only if the rope were positioned perfectly beforehand. Maybe you can ask the folks in the hanging megathread.

Yes this is possible. I´ve also read about people that took sleeping pills with the noose around their necks. It worked.
