SN and alcohol

I know that alcohol is not recommended to be taken before drinking SN but I was thinking that maybe it can help more than benzos in giving the right mindset, in finding the courage let's say, I was thinking that at this point maybe it would be better to take a spirit so it takes up little space in the stomach, but to tell the truth ChatGPT told me that alcohol and milk favor the absorption of SN but I don't know how much to trust it.

I've also considered throwing caution to the wind and having a stiff drink before the SN. Being even a little drunk would probably make it all easier mentally. However, I personally don't want to run the risk of the alcohol making me vomit too early. Also, I don't want a toxicology report to show I had alcohol in my system. If that were the case, people would think I wasn't in my right mind. I'd rather be fully sober so my intention is clear.
