Hi, i've seen some sources say that if you're above 100kg you need 35g and below that you need 25, but other sources just say 25. is there a definitive source anywhere?

Sadly this chart is outdated. I believe the only notes right now are 25g (under 100kg) / 35g (over 100kg). There are no further remarks on the PPH.

Probably in any case, around 25g will kill you, as it is far far above the lethal dose. What differs is speed if you have high body weight, thats why it recommends going up to 35g if over 100kg. However you should be wary about consuming more than you need, as it will probably induce faster or stronger vomiting

if im around 155 pounds and the chart suggests 22g , will i be more prone to vomiting if i take 25g ? i want to reduce those chances and the uncomfortableness as much as possible

For what I've read, there are big chances you are going to vomit anyway. I think 3 grams doesn't make that much of a difference.
