Hi everyone,
This is my current schedule for CTB.
Stat dose
4:00pm- Start fast
10:00pm- Stop drinking
10:30pm- Buccastem M- 4 x 3mg (12mg)
10:45- Propranolol- 50mg (too little?)
11:00pm- 1000mg paracetamol
11:30- 4 5ml spoonful of Milk of Magnesia(20ml)
12:00- 20g SN in 50ml water
A couple of questions
1- What amount of propranolol should I take and am I taking it too early/ too late? is 50mg too little?
2- Am I taking Buccastem M too ealy/ late? It goes on my top gum and dissolves over 1-2 hours.
3- Will 1000mg paracetamol be enough to ease any headache?
4- Do the timings look about right? I've looked at all the threads here/ SN successes document/ Stan (the man's ) super helpful thread.
I suppose what I'm asking for is just general advice on if the above state dose is correct and if anyone has any ideas to improve it. I will make a new thread when I decide to go and do my best to document it for you all. I am so thankful to those who have documented thus far and hope I can be of some use to you in knowing what the experience is like and hopefully provide some ease.
