I am in a hole physically and this is my last chance essentially or I will be stuck in severe excruciating pain the rest of my life. Will SN work cold turkey with just a fast? I am senstive to all meds so don't tolerate antimetics.

Considering people have died from ingesting as much as 1g I think you're good to go with a standard dose. Just prepare several glasses in case you puke. Best of luck.
