My cat is a great comfort.

My appetite sucks, so food is no longer a comfort - but I did re-discover mint chocolate chip ice-cream over the holidays. Just a small amount does seem to settle my stomach.

mine are watching the office, or other good distracting tv shows/movies, eating, making my bed really nice, with clean sheets and all and getting in it after a hot shower.
