Slow death

Hello everyone, I'm a new member and it has been nice to meet this non-judgemental community over the past couple of weeks.

I want to slowly die over an year. It's fine even if it's painful throughout; actually I prefer it. I want to start in December 2026 and ctb around Dec 2027. If you have any suggestions, I'd appreciate it. Thanks a lot!
