Sleeping pills

What is the most powerful sleeping pill you know? What quantities do you need to sleep immediately or pass out? I state that I have never used it, but I am used to benzodiazepines. I have a very low body weight and am already weak on my own

Bromazepam for sure, acts instantly. But don't think it's available in most countries. Really hard to kick the habit. You won't pass out on them, but if you try to sleep with them you will.

Are you having trouble sleeping? Regular, healthy sleeping is fundamental to mental health and as a result I have been prescribed imovane during different periods in my life.
Hope you can get some good, healthy sleep if that is what you are seeking.

My idea is to do away with the right amount of sleeping pills and a bag on the head. But I'm used to benzodiazepines even in high doses (xanax) so I think zolpidem is the best solution. The only thing is that I'm afraid of waking up while I choke

Since Benzodiazepines are already mentioned I would recommend Lyrica.

My sleep is very bad the last months. I have to take a bunch of antipsychotics and trazodone and this alone doesn't help so I take also 10 mg zolpidem and 0.5 mg rivotril.

That's true. Although my idea was benzos + sleeping pills + lake, and drown. Now however I'm considering SN.

Flunitrazepam, also known as Rohypnol is probably the strongest.

The only one I ever tried is zopiclone and that has pretty strong effects after 30 minutes. Can't walk without getting dizzy.

Mirtazapine 15mg has a sedating effect, Lyrica & Zopiclone as well.

I take Quetiapine, I only need 1 small pill. I don't remember the grams but it's really low. Lexaurine also helped me, if I take 3 + mg it makes me quite sleepy. Alsooo kratom is not really a drug but it's a plant and just 4 grams make me dizzy and sleepy

Zop 30mg is good. I find them addictive tho. Might be woth looking at psych meds with a sedative effect.

I get prescribed monthly benzos and my doctor wouldn't prescribe me zolpidem at the same time because she said if taken together there's a risk of respiratory depression.

That's true. Although my idea was benzos + sleeping pills + lake, and drown. Now however I'm considering SN.

La mia idea è di farla finita con la giusta quantità di sonniferi e un sacco sulla testa. Ma sono abituato alle benzodiazepine anche a dosi elevate (xanax), quindi penso che lo zolpidem sia la soluzione migliore. L'unica cosa è che ho paura di svegliarmi mentre soffoco

That's for sure, but Pookie wanted to add the lake. The idea (at least mine) is to take benzos+zoplidem, swim to the middle of the lake, and just wait…

You wouldn't choke. You could die from lack of oxygen but the reality with this method is that most ppl wake up once the levels of carbon dioxide get too high in the bag with is what makes you gasp, have air hunger, etc. Even the PPP and other manuals do not recommend this method anymore as it's not super reliable. People have often pulled the bag off their head too unintentionally. The only way they recommend an exit bag anymore is worth inert gases, so nitrogen, argon, helium (hard to find helium with no oxygen though unless you order from suppliers that aren't balloon related). I didn't say I wanted to use benzos and sleeping pill OD. Just saying that my doc seems to think it's a dangerous combo. They also warn me all the time not to mix the benzos with alcohol due to respiratory depression risk. Now imagine taking all three together in big quantities and jumping into the sea.

Also if you add alcohol to the mix there's even more chance of drowning.
