last year I had went to the doctors office...doctor got concerned about how high my blood pressure was. She hooked me up on medication to help get it down, and it seemed to be working slowly, but since last year I stopped taking them in hopes it would fuck up my heart somehow and kill me...
Unfortunately, I'm still alive rn and never had any medical emergencies either, so perhaps HBP isnt as scary as people make it seem...or maybe I'm just not a very severe case lol
For context: my blood pressure, if I'm remembering correctly, was around 160-190 back then, even when I was at home, so anxiety wasn't a huge factor (I think). If I recorded my blood pressure now it'd probably be about the same.
