I've seen so many people talk about this but should I leave a note? It's not really a note it's more of a text because I'll be alone when I do it and text is the best thing I got. The point is, should I really leave a note?
I guess if there are things you would like to clear up or if you wanted to give them a specific reason…. I wouldn't leave a note. No one would give a shit anyways. Lol
I personally won't leave a note, my family is partially responsible for the ctb and they know it very well, no note is needed. But if you have someone you love, I think it's better to leave a note, so they have some explanation, maybe reduce suffering.
I would advise you to leave a note in case your friends don 't know about your plans and your condition , try to write a note so that they don 't feel guilty later because you left this world

Memorizing increases the risk of suicide failure and can even weaken the decision. In any case, you have committed suicide and whether you know the reason or not, the nature of what you did will not change.
Remember, even in this forum, no one can understand another's understanding, only because they know that everyone is in pain, they respect each other, so how do you expect your letter to justify your action and they can understand your suicide?
It's up to you, but if sending a text meant then there was a chance of other people interferring with plans to ctb then I would see that as being a bad idea, as sadly so many people in this world are anti-suicide.
