Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I tried partial hanging every night about 3 times now and my head is kind of like throbbing. I couldn't find anything better that I have access to and I really want to die now so should I continue with full suspension or should I stop and rest or something?
Only you can make that choice but most partial hangers graduate to FSH after it doesn't work. It was my method for a long time but I couldn't stand the pain. That's a tight squeeze, and you're gonna feel it for ten seconds on average. Apparently I'd rather languish for months (years?) and let my life collapse than get choked for ten seconds. That's cowardice for ya.

If you feel your head throbbing but you don't start going unconscious that means you're blocking your jugular veins (that carry blood FROM your brain) rather than the carotid arteries (that carry blood, containing oxygen, TO your brain). Blocking the former but not the latter will make you suffocate to death (extremely painful) while you're conscious so I highly recommend against FSH until you can reliably block your carotid arteries. Try adjusting the knot, it's likely the culprit
