Shotgun shell trip alarm.

Hi.
I have a shotgun shell trip alarm and was wondering can I wrap a shotgun shell in duct tape so that it fires all of the shot and not explode instantly

well it's a shell so it might stop it from exploding sorry i thought it was a trigger but the gun shell might work but dont use duck tape it wont work you have to use something stronger
instead of fucking duct tape i would use something like the tape that is rubber because it is more durable
