Overdose in general is a shitty CTB method. It's unreliable. These meds are MEANT to be as safe as possible.
I've taken hundreds of Seroquel pills and survived. I was in a coma for a week in the ICU, but no lasting negative effects.It's not recommended. Don't try to do it.
