A philosopher Sencea wrote a book about the Stotics View Of Suicide , of how a wise man should have the right to suicide , because suicide is freedom. In the book he has written multiple reasons as to why suicide is a righteous act and I could resonate and agree to some of the reasons why you'd have a right to suicide , even despite it being decades old and the living conditions are different and outdated but it is still somewhat the same . He wrote a book about how to handle suicide but I am unable to find the book, though I wish I could has anyone read it ?

Here's a link to a PDF for a scholarly article of the Stoic view of suicide as well as Seneca's. Resources of original sources will be listed at the bottom.
