Has someone broke their own bones? As a form om self harm. And how did you do that? Btw not that I want it to do but I read it somewhere and now I was curious

Nurses during world war placed peoples legs on an even surface and brought down a hammer on them. They did it to make people bedbound because nazis left the sickest people alone
I heard about people putting their fingers in a doorframe and slamming it shut
I dont recommend breaking your bones
