What is your go to when self harming.

I cut myself and its like a drug to me i have a constant urge but looking for other ways.(not necessarily less harmfull)

I usually cut myself with a razorblade. I recently started overdosing to make myself drowsy and vomit. Although the mental health team found out so I have no more means for that

My tried and true was a razorblade but someone on here suggested an eyebrow razor and its so much better and gets me deeper cuts.

I tried burning myself but that isn't for me.

Hit myself. I'm too scared to cut myself and I don't want the scars. It's usually something on impulse that I can't really control and not something I plan out e.g., finding a sharp object and trying to get the courage etc etc.

Hit myself, it really helped me to calm down in the past.

Of course, I can't do that everywhere, so... Once, when I was at the job, I "scratched" myself with my fingers, pushing and pressing them on my skin.
If I remember right, there was a bit of blood (not much, of course)

Either cutting with a razor blade or hitting myself with my fist or whip. I been preferring to hit myself recently cus cutting is too much effort now and less effective now.

i've done that, the scratching with the fingers. feels good, no permanent mark, you must have sharp nails to draw blood, or you're just better than me

also hit other things, wouldn't recommend. You might fuck up your wrist and forearm and that might never heal
it makes holding things harder, typing is harder, moving your body through space feels harder

listen to loud music, (like painfully loud) . Is this SH? not sure. wouldn't recommend. potential hearing loss aint fun
also the risk of tinnitus aint it chief

Starving and hitting. Back in the dark ages when I was a kid, I didn't even know that kind of thing had a name. I also deliberately make people mad at me, then enjoy the pain of their hatred of me.
