Help Self harm that is easy to hide

What methods of self harm are easy to hide, I used to cut so I'm worried someone might notice new scars and I don't want to be locked back in the ward for "my safety" again.

i've been seeing things called "little ouchies" online that are basically small, spiked cylinders that you can squeeze to cause yourself pain. they're designed not to do lasting damage or leave any marks. i'm not sure on how much pain they actually cause, but i think it's nice to have an option that's so easy to conceal

You could use pins, since the holes are small you could pass it off as a bug bite, I used to poke the sharp side of an acne tool into my veins and bloodlet that way and the holes would heal up quite quickly too (I don't recommend poking into your veins though, especially if you don't have much knowledge in first aid and how to stop bleeding)

I did partial hanging for a long time. Just the feeling of being stranguled and the feeling you get just before passing out and the adrenalinerush of nearly dying.

i would highly advise against using a suicide method as a sh method. theres so much that could go wrong there and its always sad to see people on here leave before they're ready. not to mention, it could possibly leave marks on the neck and leave something to be explained there.
