Also, I'm sorry for making more problems, but I think I accidentally started a "Disable Account" countdown in which it will be deleted in two days. How can I stop that?

Please unban me. As far as I'm aware I never did anything wrong and my ban was self-inflicted because I thought I'd leave for good. I need to check up on someone.
