I've mostly been considering hanging, but I live in Thailand. If I can literally just walk outside and sleep in 98F weather and ctb succesfully that would be amazing. Are there any potential downsides?

Depending on external conditions to ctb, whether hot or cold is probably going to take a couple of hours, don't underestimate your body's ability to survive. Your plan of hanging will be much faster. I am thinking of also using hanging.Similar threads
