• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi everyone, I'd like to get some advice for partial suspension. My setup is based on these two posts:

On top of that, I tried hyperventilating last time using the wim hof breathing method and found that it makes me feel like I will lose consciousness more quickly.

However, I'm still not sure what would be the best position yet. This is a figure from the second link. What do you guys think about sitting on the floor like (c) but with more tension on the rope?? Like as if I'm barely touching the ground.

the laying down one looks good to me, but idk if it would work. seems as though if the knot is in the front of your neck, it's less likely to constrict your airway and more likely to restrict your carotids, which is what you want.
