Hello! I'm so sorry, and I hope you can avoid getting sectioned. For me personally, it's one of the worst things, and I only got more trauma and sense of alienation from those places. Too stable to belong there, hurting too much to belong outside. I don't know where you live, but at least I hope the psych ward you could go to isn't that terrible... Please stay strong, and hopefully hopefully this won't happen

Been there, done that. The second time I was placed in a psych ward, I told the therapist there I was just having a really bad day. I lied by saying my GF(was single) just dumped me, didn't know where I was going to stay, and I felt like I hit bottom.
I started pretending I was good and putting on my fake smile act, and was released 2 days later. A friend of mine had to come and pick me up, and tell them I would be staying there until I could get my feet back on the ground.
