I woke up sad and trying to hold back the tears, oh no, here they come. I guess my word today is "overwhelmed." I don't want to feel anything today, my brain needs a break. I'm going to take my benadryl and Tylenol pm now so I can sleep the day away. I just can't play "life" today. So I'll eat a small snack and hurry back to bed before my thoughts of all the stressors of today keeps replaying.
