A portion of your blood hemoglobin would have been restored and using the bottle you had, it would be possible to figure out the dose you took and use the right amount of Methylthionium chloride to restore hemoglobin completely in the hospital. Getting found and having the bottle nearby gives something to work with to figure out the dose you took. If your dose is known and you are not yet past the point of no return, you can be revived very easily. The problem is when exact dose is not known or when the process is so far along that time is too restricted.
