I'm doing full suspension but a pretty short drop

I weigh about 100 lbs less than both of those working limits -- is that enough?

1) Braided Polypropylene, working load limit 244 lbs (3/8 inches)
2) Twisted nylon, working load limit 278 lbs (3/8 inches)

If I was in your shoes, I would pick The Twisted nylon. It's used in modern times for hangings in the Middle East, so It should perform as advertised, It's widely considered as strong in that case and that extra 278 LBS load limit isn't hurting anyone

In summary: Yes, it is enough
