There is a maximum prison sentence of 14 years if found guilty of importing N into the UK. This is honestly the only thing making me apprehensive about it. It's not the end of the world if I lose my money, receive a fine or even get sectioned but risking prison even for a short period is not an option for me. I would have to ctb immediately by other means if it came to that. Is there any realistic chance of being sentenced or is the law just there as a deterrent?

I wouldn't do something if you aren't comfortable with it and choose another method. no point in worrying about something you aren't going to do after all is there! there are other methods in the resource section that might suit you better

I'm too much of a coward to go through with other methods. I attempted hanging but couldn't bring myself to follow through.
The only report of someone being caught with it I can find was a few years ago. The police confiscated half her supply and she was made to have a psychiatric assessment but wasn't sectioned. She then ctb before she'd originally wanted to with the remainder of her N that she'd stored separately.

Drug laws in general are asinine and just one more example that we don't have self ownership. It's appalling that society has been brain washed into believing that it's acceptable for a government to dictate what individuals can put into their own bodies and if it's something they can't, they have the authority to put you in a cage for it. Drug laws are just as unethical as legalized slavery laws throughout history, yet many people's brainwashing/programming doesn't allow them to see it.

I don't know the answer to your question... I'm not that familiar with how those things work in the UK, but I am curious as to what the answer is

but your saying you are worried about certain parts of this method. I wouldn't keep worrying about something if i'm not comfortable doing it, whats the point in that. People order N because they aren't worried about the consequences or don't mind taking the risks, or they don't order it because they aren't comfortable with it. everyone knows the risks, its not something new. fortunately there haven't been any reports of people going to jail recently

I do notice in the PPH it says that EXIt " know of relatively few people who have been charged with importation offences"....

there have been 3 Australians and 1 british

australians were 2009,2014 and 2014 again. the british person was 2016.

so if you compare the amount of people who have ordered N and the fact that in 12 years 4 people have been charged, i'd say the risk is very, very small!!!!!!!! and the last report of it happening was more than 5 years ago aswell

It's unlikely you will be persecuted for importing N for personal use, especially in the UK. I would be more concerned about being sectioned in worst case.

I am prepared for any realistic outcomes. If it actually came to getting a prison sentence I'd probably have the opportunity to hang myself beforehand. It's pretty much the only method I'm comfortable with as I can't tolerate the thought of my last moments being in physical agony and distress. My only other option would be a morphine overdose which carries the same risks and isn't close to as reliable.

Yes, and I'm saying that's what he/she should be worried about since realistically seen this is most probably the worst that can happen (along with losing your money).

The examples from the PPH were people who bought N abroad and tried to smuggle it into Australia/UK in their luggage. Persecution for attempting to buy a product to CTB with is very unlikely in a democratic country and if it happens, it'll most likely end with a fine or a conditional sentence. The UK is really not going to put suicidal people in prison because they want to end their life.

The 14-year sentence is meant for drug dealers importing large amounts with the intention of selling.

Obviously I'd prefer not to be sectioned but it's a risk I'm willing to take. I'm not insane so I could probably get out in not too long if I behave how they want. Psychiatric hospitals here are usually stretched for capacity so they don't tend to keep patients in longer than they deem necessary. I don't rely on my own money for survival and don't spend it anyway as my anhedonia is so severe literally nothing I could spend money on would give me any enjoyment.

but they said they aren't worried about it, if they were worried they wouldn't of said they weren't surely??

your right actually the 4 people that have ever been charged and listed with importing were trying to import it in their luggage, there are 0 reports of anybody being charged who got it sent through the post.

there is a section about welfare checks when people have ordered it online, but it does mention if they comply with the request to hand over the purchase drugs no further action is taken, so not much to worry about really. I'm glad OP posted this now gave me the chance to have a read up in the PPh and realise there isn't much chance of anything happening unless you chose to import it in some luggage!

I've posted above what happens if you get caught importing N through the post, i put a link to the page in the PPH. they don't list any person getting locked up or sent to a psyche ward whatsoever, they do mention a few who have been in trouble for taking it through an airport. but it hasn't' been mentioned any person ever being locked up or sectioned who ordered through the post

The US is one of the stricter countries when it comes to drug laws (the largest prison population in the world and more than 50% of inmates are in their for drugs), but to my knowledge when it comes to purchasing drugs through the dark web or probably online in general, they rarely if ever bust buyers. The CIA and/or other government operations are the ones who profit from the drug industry. The real reason drugs are illegal in general is because drugs are a trillion dollar industry and the various governments (powers that be) made drugs illegal to prevent competition... the lack of competition also allows them keep the selling point significantly higher. The various governments (especially the US), in particular the CIA, create and empower Cartels and other types of gangs to make independent manufacturers too afraid to compete. That's why cartels exist. The US gov could wipe out the Mexican/Colombian Cartels like a bug overnight using 50 year old technology, but obviously they're in bed with them and there's declassified proof of it.

For the most part I have found that they are typically more interested in busting sellers who are manufacturing their own drugs and competing with the good ole boys network, rather than buyers. In reference to the dark web, sellers are constantly getting busted, but not buyers.

Another option would be, in the unlikely event you were to get busted buying nembutal online. Always, deny the accusations, seek a jury trail, post bail if you have it and CTB (obviously using other means) in the meantime. But I'm not sure how that process works in the UK.

so all in all...... EXIT international has members from all different countries and the only people mentioned that have been charged were 1 british and 3 australians. who i might add were importing using in person through an airport. (this is also 4 people in over 12years, compared to imagine thousands attemting it)

there are 0 reports of anyone ordering via post and being charged. it mentions at most a welfare check and no further action will be taken if the drugs are handed over.

not much point in worrying over something that hasn't actually happened or been reported really is there? I mean if people worried about stuff that hasn't happened all the time nothing would ever get done!!
