I couldn't bring myself to attempt (FHS) for the second time today. First attempt I was calm and determined but backed out too early due technical issues. So I fixed it and was convinced it would work this time.
This time, I was already nervous two days beforehand and it was building up, today I felt completely paralyzed. I think because my first attempt went wrong, so I was shocked by the feeling of suffocation likely due my history of servere panic disorder with hyperventilation.
I'm not sure if FSH is going to work for me anymore but it's the only most reliable and pratical option I have access to.
I have to work with timeframes, so it should take place in the late morning. Not the most ideal part of the day as I'm already a bit more nervous then compared with evening or night.
I have already researched many methods and reasoned about what could possibly work, many are unfortunately not feasible.
I'm considering another method, purely for practical reasons. These reasons are too many to list here right know. But it would give me a timeframe of 12 to 15 hours, can take place in the evening and just in bed or on the couch.
Stabbing, I know it's brutal and messy. Unfortunately, I can't find much information on this forum about it, which is understandable. Not many people will choose this method.
I have low body mass and a high tolerance for pain so I think I could do it, but I wonder how reliable it is.
I've seen many videos of stabbings on gore sites, it looks reliable and pretty rapid loss of consciousness if stabbed in the right places, like the liver, spleen, abdominal (artery), intestines etc.
Is there anyone who wants to try this method or has knowledge/experience with this? If you don't feel comfortable discussing this openly here, please send me a private message.
