• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

First off, does your medical team regularly screen you for suicidal thoughts/plans?

And secondly, how do you respond when you are asked? I have a lot of trouble lying if it is asked in a straightforward manner because of my value system, but obviously I don't want to admit to having a plan or whatever. Curious if others struggle with being deceptive, and how you deal with the guilt around that.

I'll honestly tell somewhat of the trust. I just say idealation and leave it at that and continue based on their responses.

Nope I lie my ass off, if you use words like suicide or depression you will get punished by the government e.g. if you own guns they will be taken away and if you say you are actively suicidal you will be involuntary comitted (an euphemism for legal kidnapping)

I hate lying too, but which is worse, lying or locked up?

Well, having had experience being locked up when I didn't lie, I am going to say I would prefer to lie. It just sucks though. I am not exactly this perfect person and I will do shitty things to get what I want, but I like to think I am honest.

A lot of people here are. But those are the rules they made so we have to lie to keep our freedom.

Be honest with yourself first: you didn't like being locked up, and it's none of their fucking business. They don't have a right to your innermost self, so protect it.

That's my opinion. I know you asked what others do, and I got a little bossy there. Don't take on anything that you don't want. I'm just defensive on your behalf, I don't mean to sling it back at you.
