Here is how I went about it. In the UK there is a website that lists out pharmacies that sell genuine PrEP (HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis). They tested samples of the PrEP that arrived. Whilst I have no need for PrEP, I used the list to verify that the sites are genuine and reputable. I have ordered other medications from some of the sites and they have always arrived and been genuine.

I imagine they would ship anywhere because they are outside the UK. They don't require prescriptions - the whole point of these offshore pharmacies is to not need one!!
