Religious or Spiritual death

I want to die, but I am afraid of coming back. First post here

I am thinking death by fasting or starvation. It is just a manner of finding a way to get away from everyone for a few months.

I have been looking into Sallekhana and the like.

Tho if I can find something faster than starvation , without being worried about reincarnation, would be great.

I'm so sorry you're stressing about reincarnation. I have as well. I finally had to set it aside as I have no way of knowing if it's true or not, and I have enough other things to stress about. When it's time to go, I'll probably set intentions of what I want if there is an afterlife or reincarnation, and pray in case there is a god.

I considered VESD (stopping eating and drinking), but without support it is very difficult to do alone, can become delirious and end up eating or drinking. For me it seemed like an impractical choice since I would not do something like go off in nature, I would stay at home, and it seems without palliative care there would be a lot of suffering.
