Regulators for Austria/Germany?

Hello,
I am trying to build my inert gas kit and have run into problems trying to find the proper regulator. I am in Austria, and there are lots of different types of regulators and I'm overwhelmed which one I need. Just too many mechanical words that are throwing me off. If anyone knows the proper type of regulator for these two countries, I'd appreciate it very much. Thank you!
