Won't all those things be wasted if you died naturally anyways?Being born is probably my biggest regret or taking up someone's place who would've been more deserving.
In the end suicide is a big waste of time, money and affection people spent on you as a person. Part of me feels bad that all that money, all that effort, all those sleepless nights I spent studying, worrying about stupid things.. they would nothing when I stop breathing.
I regret the waste that this life has been if it makes sense.

In that way, your mind which is part of your body technically gave up on living. So it's still your body giving up tbh.true but natural death won't be controlled by me, it wouldn't be out of defeat or frustration but because my body gave up and couldn't function. Which isn't the case right now
You aren't dead till your heart gives up or your brain dead. I'm neither atm so I'm not deadIn that way, your mind which is part of your body technically gave up on living. So it's still your body giving up tbh.
Can anyone offer me advice on dealing/living with/moving on from regret. Especially if you can offer advice on regret of hurting somone you really did care about and would never intentionally want to hurt them but you did. Thanks
ThankyouIt's different for everyone. If you try and make an effort before you go to tie up loose ends, write out notes or have a journal, and express in small ways your appreciation for those around you, it might help. The thing I could offer is try many different combinations of these things and if after doing so, you experience some calmness or closure, then you are on the right track.
I've been told that there's no point in punishing myself. Also I see my ex frequently and they've moved on and have healed. So just know that they will be okayCan anyone offer me advice on dealing/living with/moving on from regret.
