Security update: At around 2:28AM EST, the site was labeled as malicious by Google erroneously, causing users to get a "Dangerous site" warning in most browsers. It appears that this was done by mistake and has been reversed by Google. It may take a few hours for you to stop seeing those warnings.

Seems like any method is going to cause some pain. I mean just the act of carrying out the method is causing some emotional pain as becoming anxious and uncertain about the outcome. There is really no easy way out imho.

This was posted in January. It's probably already gone. Plus, it's not hard to source or expensive.
It's rated 7 for peacefulness. The main thing is that it can cause a head ache. You can just take a Tylenol to help overcome that.
