Receiving counterfeit drugs online

I see that some people seem to have success ordering drugs online with out a prescription. However I'm so concerned that they may be counterfeit. I want to order antiemetics and it will be a huge problem if they are not the real thing. Can anyone share experience? Thank you so much!

You can easily get anti-emetics at the chemist. You don't need to order them from some place sketchy.
