Help reassurance on hanging

I need some reassurance on hanging. Partial or full, doesn't matter. I've already bought the rope and its on its way, but with some research im just getting extreme worries that I'll fail or it just won't work. If I was absolutely 100% not going to be found, but I did the hanging kinda 'incorrectly' (still passing out), would i still be guaranteed death after a certain amount of time? I really want to do this, I just dont want to fucking end up with brain damage. Also, im around 120 Ib, is that a good weight for hanging?

If you're going with full, you will definitely be guaranteed death. If not by compression of carotids, you will still suffocate to death. The only way it wont work is if the anchor point isnt tied correctly and it gets loose or untied.
Im not sure about partial. I tried it and i couldn't pass out.

If you have doubts about this method, you should hold off.

So many things have to go right with hanging, because if SI kicks in too late, there can be serious complications.

If I ctb, it will be jumping or SN.

This forum has helped me realize that if I jump, I have to do it from 15 stories+.

Will work on finding SN.

Pain (mental) has subsided somewhat, but if it comes back, I have candidates from which to jump.

I keep all options open.

partial is much less predictable than fsh. That said, with full, you're guaranteed to die unless you are found within half an hour or so. As I understand it, the window between "you can still be saved and will have suffered brain damage" and "certain death" is rather slim.

If you're hanging completely and have lost consciousness, you will almost certainly die within half an hour. You just need to be allowed to hang undisturbed for half an hour.

Were u saved/interrupted? Because ive read on here and other sites that after 1 hr u will for sure be dead.

nope, honestly dk how I survived, I remember being diagonal with my feet on the chair and it slipping away from me and realizing my position was essentially pushing it away and that there was nothing I could do. I remember the excruciating pain in my head and neck, the skissors dropping from my hand as I got weak and realized they wouldn't do anything, I remember falling. I don't know what happened next, I remember waking up on the couch with my neck bloodied. I'm assuming survival instinct adrenaline kicked in and I managed to reach the chair while flailing about. Don't kill yourself gang just wait, life will do it for you eventually, might as well fuck around and try to make something good while you're here.
