Rate your...(daily)

I always liked those bullet journals where you rate daily your mood, sleep, anxiety or any other thing you want. I never followed through with it for long tho. So I was thinking of creating that log here. If you want to log your anxiety, sleep, mood, or anything else - I suggest doing it here to see how it fluctuates. Just mention what are you rating. I will be rating my anxiety. I'll try to do it everyday.

Anxiety: 4.5/10 (I have to admit instead of anxiety I felt more tension. Or is it the same as anxiety? Idk, but I'm adding tension to this one)
Tension: 8/10

I just got suddenly productive last midnight and get works done so now I'm only worrying about the rest.

Mood : 6/10
Feeling like working on something today

Sleep : 3/10
I didn't get enough sleep last night, don't know what today
